Windows 10: Why am I only getting screen tearing on Roblox?

So this all started back on the 5th of December the day before that on the 4th it had an update didn't really play much of it the day. However, the next day on the 5th I was getting screen tearing every time I move my camera I see a line in the middle of the screen sometimes at the top or even both. Now, I'm only getting this issue on Roblox everything else is fine no issues on any other game or website or anything for that matter. I did email their support team which I'm really sad to say is just poor answers such as "create a new windows 11 account" or "it's your internet connection" just re

I have an Acer Nitro 5 and whenever I play roblox it gives me screen tearing, can anyone help? I've tried vsync but it didn't work

Hello @Cerawy. I’m assuming you are attempting to turn on v-sync for Firefox, the thing that often causes screen tearing?

I see. If this problem still persists after doing the steps above, I would suggest that you contact Roblox's official support as the issue might be on Roblox itself.
