Windows 10: Why am I seeing a pop-up always after signing in?

It happened on the 14th of this month when I finally downloaded Visual Studio I deleted it the next day because it consumed all the space available on my disk. Now, there has been a message popping up which asks me all the time how do you want to open this file, when I have not even opened any document. I have attached the photo below:I decided to open it with Edge I still believe it can open every file type. The file at first seemed illegible and stupid for a 12-y.o. like me. About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.

Since you are still getting this pop up window, the next suggestion we have is to reset the network. Kindly refer to the steps below:

• Click on Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Network & Internet.
• On the Status tab, click on Network reset.

Doing this will make Windows forget the connection credentials and other networking components. You may have to re-enter you WiFi credentials if you will attempt to connect to your home network.
