Windows 10: why am i signing into a temporary account all the time?

Hello Microsoft support, my computer has been broken in a way, saying my account is deleted and the computer had to create a new temporary one. I've looked all over YouTube, over the internet and checked your website, but all the fixes didn't work. It has happened to me before, and the fixes that fixed it only temporarily fixed it, these fixes wereelete the temporary profileReset computerPlease tell me if there's any other solutions, or if I need a new computer / need to repair it by a professional. If you verified that the account is temporary, kindly restart your PC and sign in again. This should remove the temporary account and your files and settings should be available again.

Notes:

• You might need to restart your PC more than once before you can see your files and settings again.
• You should back up everything you worked on to an external drive, or it will be deleted when you sign out of the temporary account.

Long boot time and passwords missing

The only reason I mention the account is that a Windows update recently was causing people to be signed into a temporary account, your password manager may be installed for all users but the list of passwords would be user specific, therefore the blank password list suggests a different account. *Smile
