Windows 10: Why am I stuck in ez mode when my hard drive is not the problem

I have tried to log onto my pc and it takes me to safety mode when I try to run the pc it then takes me to ez mode and everything I do just takes me back to safety mode or ez mode

One of those should fix it, most likely restoring the proper device to first Boot Priority - either the WIndows hard drive on a legacy install, or Windows Boot Manager on as UEFI install, or a BIOS/UEFI setting for UEFI, CSM or Legacy needs adjusting.

It's also possible it's stuck in BIOS mode because the hard drive is dead or dying, so look for it in BIOS setup under Storage devices to see that it's still functioning. If not you'll need to reseat it, adjust or change the cable, etc. to get it recognized,
or replace the hard drive and reinstall WIndows.

Please try contacting Asus support and see if they have any suggestions. Also check and see what the booting order is in your BIO'S and If your hard drive is being recognized.
