Windows 10: Why am I unable to see 'Virus and Threat Protection' Even though I am the administrator of...

I just did a full reset of my Laptop, and I am still unable to get to the Virus and Threat protection page. It shows 'Page Not Available. Your IT administrator has limited access......'I have tried everything that was already recommended but I am still unable to do anything.

Thank you so much for replying. I followed your steps but this hasn't solved the problem - still no virus and threat protection. The registry value was 3, and I changed it to 2 as you suggested. Should I change it back?

Any other suggestions?

Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

Virus and Threat Protection Issue

When looking to run a virus scan on my computer, I'm met with an error that says "Virus and Threat Protection is Managed by your Organization." THis is a personal laptop though. Any suggestions?
