Windows 10: Why - and how - does my English US/NZ PC suddenly change to Thai ?

hey all, Language weirdness - reinstalled Win10 from reset menu. Noticed that my logon screen was in a different language, namely Thai. As I live in New Zealand, some 6,000 miles or 9,500 kilometres to the south of Thailand, have never been to Thailand, and do not have Thailand language packs installed, this was something of a surprise.Even more suprising was to login and find that my Edge browser also started completely in Thai, including some of the start bar links. I would attach a screenshot but, sigh, MS community image uploader is not working for png or jpg, neither is imagine copy and p

Thai-English Dictionary

I could not find any Thai-English Dictionary software compatible with smart phone operating systems. I have an LG Incite with Windows Mobile 6.1. The Lingvosoft website had Thai-English dictionaries in Pocket PC format. Is the Pocket PC format incompatible
with a Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone device?

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the make and model number of your laptop?
  
• Do you want to write in Thai and change the text to English?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Right click on Start and select Control Panel
   
2. Select Clock, Language and Region and then select Language
   
3. Click on Options next to your selected system language
   
4. Click on Personalize handwriting recognition to open Handwriting recognition wizard
   
5. Use Target specific recognition errors to tell Windows how you write a specific word or letter or help recognize characters with similar shapes

www.msn.com changed from english to thai

As of yesterday my msn changed its language to thai from english, tho this only accures on the starting screen I still wanna fix it. I have searched this problem but in all of the questions the pepole that have this problem live in Thailand but I live in Romania so I dont know why this accured please help.
