Windows 10: Why any Browser starts itself when i click on any app or program on my desktop ?

Edge or Chrome browsers starts opening tabs itself when i am not working on them. It is causing disruption in work .For example i am writing an email and browser opens itself i deleted chrome and reinstall it but same issue .I have updated the Windows as well it is on Windows 11 Business is there any workaround? is there any malware activity ?i tried to end the task in task manager . memory is also taken upto 80%i have found these subtasks for browser

Start menu / desktop not using default browser

Windows 10 sets Microsoft Edge as the default browser for opening web links.

You can change the default web browser by following the below steps:

• From the desktop press Windows flag key +R and type control and click ok.
• This will open control panel, select default program and select set default program and choose the web browser of your choice.

You can use the Windows Insider program to provide the feedback.

To use the Feedback app

• Click the Start button, type Windows Feedback, and then click
  Windows Feedback.
• Pick the category that most closely matches your feedback

Desktop is default on start-up and app closing

Please be informed that it is as per the Windows 10 Operating system
design.

If you wish to access the Start screen similar to Windows 8.1, follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open the settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Personalization.
  
• 
  Select Start from the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Turn on the Use start full screen.
  

After performing above steps, if you click on the Windows button at the top left corner on the desktop screen, you may access the Start screen similar to Windows 8/8.1 Operating system.

defualt browser

If you're having issues with setting a default browser, it can be due to some changes in the configuration settings. To assist you with your concern, we recommend that you set your preferred browser as the default by following the steps listed below:

• Type Settings in the Search bar and press
  Enter.
  
• Choose System then click on Default apps.
  
• Scroll down, and click Set defaults by app option.
  
• Click on your preferred browser, then click Choose defaults for this program.
  
• Click Select all, then Save.
