Why are all my computer's Win10 Pro hard drives except the system drive suddenly locked by Bitlocker?I did not do anything concerning Bitlocker.I login to my Microsoft account but can not find the Bitlock key.Is there any solutions to solve my problems ?Thank you in advance.

Have a similiar situation using a DiamondMax Plus 8, 20GB Mfg Date 4/15/03. Drive used as a second system drive. Drive is recognized in boot menu but not in drive list. Drive is always connected. Computer started locking up for several seconds at a time. Chkdsk on drives and couldn't find that drive. Removed drive from bay to make sure connections were ok and heard the beeping. Shutdown and restart and never got to windows screen. Restarted several times then saw drive in boot menu and Windows loaded but Maxtor not in drive menu. When recognized in boot menu, computer will start but beeps and is not found.

Tried kicking it real hard but no improvement. Any suggestions?

 

Virtual Hard Drive suddenly created

Out of the blue, there is suddenly an F: VHD appears in my list of drives. I didn't create this. When I first saw it there was a 'Lock' icon on the drive icon and it asked for my Bitlocker key. I don't have Bitlocker. Without thinking it through, I formatted the F: drive and now it is just like a hard drive. But where did this come from--and where did the allotted 1TB come from???
