Windows 10: Why are all my menus disappearing?

Hi Im Ethan and for the past six months my laptop has being giving me a specific issue. Every time I open and sort of menu such as: the start and right click menus they end up instantly disappearing. Even dialog boxes, ribbons and the address bar instantly close when I try to access them. I found it difficult to even choose appropriate topics for this post as the choices instantly disappear when used. Also when I press control even for keyboard shortcuts It opens the search next to the windows button on the taskbar which the instantly closes. I've tried resetting but it didn't work. When I op

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
What do you think?

Windows10: all menu text disappeared! Help!

Hello,

Something is wrong with my Windows 10. A few days ago, all menu text disappeared! Initially, reboot the system would resolve the issue. But now reboot the system doesn't help at all. I tried to reset the system yesterday, it doesn't work either.

For example, if you click on the network button on the right bottom corner, a list of available wifi networks will be displayed. But what I get is only a list of the wireless icons, all the network names are disappeared.

However, if I login as a different user (Administrator), the menu text are back.

Any suggestions?
