Windows 10: Why are changes in 'sharing options for different network profiles' not saved?

I am running Windows10. I am trying to change sharing options.After doing thisI click 'Save changes'.After clicking 'Shange advanced sharing settings', I get this:The change is not saved!It works on an other computer where I run Windows10.This computer is named 'lovis'. The other computer is maned 'undis'.On both I see only 'undis'. I see 'lovis' on none of them.

Change Network Profile

I don't think this quite answers my question.

If the network is recognised as a public how do i change it to a private network.

You were suggesting

• Under Private networking, check mark .Turn on Private networking.

the network is recognised as Public. What would changing Private network settings do?

• Click on save changes.

Accidently disabled myPublicWifi hotspot in networks and sharing centre

• Click /double tap on Net working and sharing center.

• On the left pane, Click on Change advanced sharing settings.

• Under Private networking, check mark .Turn on Private networking.
