Windows 10: Why are Intune Users Unable to Login

Good Morning.

Our organization has had users unable to login to their Azure AD joined computers after the weekend from 12/4 to 12/8. I personally have helped 3 people rejoin the Azure AD to enable their logins. We're not sure what is happening.

The users power up their computers and instead of having the option to login they see our local Administrator login screen. The option to select Other User is not available. We are able to confirm their profile folder still in the local c:\ drive. Were are then Retiring the system from the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes we re-register the user within Azure AD and the users are able to login once more. After their login has been restored all data has been returned to their rightful place on their computer. We are struggling to ascertain the cause of the problem.

Intune - Disable inital setup for new user

Hello all. one of our clients has asked us to develop intune for their organisation and I am trying to disable the inital setup a user does when they first login to a device.

for example I want to set all the Advertising ID etc the same but also I want to disable the abitliy for them to set pins.

basically when a new user first logs in I dont want them selecting all the settings. I am very new to intune and cannot seem to find the info I am looking for on the documention.

Microsoft was really helpful. The answer for me was:

- Be sure to enable the Intune A Direct product license in Office365 for your user account.

Steps

- Log into Office365

- Click "Edit" for "Product Licenses"

- Toggle Intune A Direct to "On" (see image)
