    Why are large thumbnails in Win 10 file explorer so small and sparsely arranged on 4K screens with double resolution?

    This does not help.

    200% is a valid setting, and I expect File Explorer to scale thumbnails accordingly. Currently they are scaled 100% rather than the expected 200%, thus the spacing increases so much.

    File Explorer should respect the "scale" setting. Please fix this bug in the next Windows 10 update. Thank you.
