    Why are Microsoft consumer products so bad?


    Of course the answer is in the question. Microsoft doesn't care about consumers. They don't have any money and they don't know anything about computers.That is where professional users come in. They have lots of money and they don't know anything about computers. I am old and retired. I built a PC back in the 70s in order to learn how they work. I have been using and building them since the days of DOS.I recently bought 2 identical ACER laptop computers. One is running Ubuntu Linux and one is running Windows 10. The Linux machine is fast and easy to operate, the Microsoft machine is a nightmar
