Why are Microsoft products are designed to make American businesses less efficient, and Chinese businesses more efficient? Time and time again, we see that the American versions of Windows and Office are getting less and less efficient for American users, while getting more and more efficient for Chinese users. In Western languages, we make alphabetical lists from top to bottom, while in Asian languages they make tables across the page, not up and down. Then we look at Windows features like Control Panel small icons view, and it is presented as an alphabetical list going ACROSS the page. While

Cricut design space lag due to efficiency mode

Hello,

My wife uses the cricut design space to create different items for the kids and to sell. Ever since getting her new Samsung Galaxy Book GO 5G we have noticed that it is extremely laggy. It does meet the minimum specifications, and with only that program running it will lag so bad that the program will freeze.

I have verified no other applications are running in the background on the computer using task manager. What I did find is that it has the permanent switch for efficiency mode. As a trial I manually turned off efficiency mode for all sub applications under the design space application within task manager and noticed significant improvement.

I believe that being forced to run applications in efficiency mode is a horrible business model. That should be an option within the windows settings that a customer can turn on if desired. I prefer performance over efficiency and can typically have the device plugged in when working on large products.

Please find a way to release these applications for the performance driven individuals. I refuse to get the new OS or a new Windows computer until this is resolved. I am an avid PC gamer and game designer and will go with another OS if needed due to the restrictions and lag that this presents on a design software.

Microsoft for small business

I want to suggest that creates a Microsoft small business user ID so that we can log into windows, office, and other products and licenses as a small business. I want to have small business accounts for our small businesses. Where would I make that suggestion, or at what forum would I ask that question? It's no wonder Google products are so popular for small businesses.
