Windows 10: Why are my app and browser windows having size issues?

Greetings, I am having strange behavior with certain app and browser win dows. It seems there's something off with size. Sometimes I can't even scroll to some areas in browser windows and in apps I can't get to certain tabs or buttons no matter how far it allows me to scroll. I've tried minimizing and maximizing as sometimes that will get certain parts visible but not always. I've tried resizing in the browsers settings and often that works to get me to the areas I need but I have to go way down to 75% or lower and this does not seem like normal behavior.I'm not sure exactly which apps or whet

Windows 7 + GPU-Z size issue

It should be noted that w1zzard is aware of this issue, what we want is more people with the same problem to come forward and report any information they can.

Problem: GPU-Z is too big.





Thats my GPU-Z on the right, sitting on top of a browser window (the GPU-Z page) showing the size difference.


How to reproduce it:

1. Must be running windows 7
2. Must be on a high resolution display (1080p and above?)
3. windows must DEFAULT you to the following setting of 125%





The exact problem is that when you are defaulted to 125%, everything is made larger.
When you drop to 100%, GPU-Z doesnt drop with it.


This same problem used to occur on CPU-Z as well, screenshot for proof





We just anyone else with this issue to step forward, w1zzards not going to bother fixing it if its just me.


notes:

• if you default to 100%, you can change up and down problem free

Changing text and apps size to 125% zooms in the browsers

@Rhina, as advised I did step 3 , and that is zooming in the browsers instead just increasing the font size of Windows apps. Resolution is 2560x1440 wich is recommended for the Monitor size.

 

Browser Window Size

To all my fellow firefox afficianados, I need help. The problem I'm having seems to be quite simple yet it's really annoying. Every time I start up firefox, the browser window is only half my screen size. I have to manually maximize the window's size every single time I go on. How can I force the Firefox window to be at max or at least cover my screen every single time? As a side note, does anyone here use the program winpatrol? If so, how do you stop the program from telling you to delete your cookies every five seconds?
