Windows 10: why are my photos not loading

when i open a photo ive taken on my digital camera onto any windows app ie photos or one photo viewer thety just crash and the screen turns pink

Downloading photos in Windows 10

Downloading from Panasonic digital camera.

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.

 

windows photo viewer always say loading

ok i will try the suggestion now by ye uninstall and re install are you talking about windows photo viewer where and how do i uninstall and reinstall it i have yet to fin it to reinstall it it was in there from windows 7 - - - Updated - - - I will try the suggestion and when i right click on a photo it comes up but lways says loading i hat e that all i am asking is here a way to stop seeing loading on every photo

We suggest that you follow the steps below to delete the photo through Photos app:

• If you’re looking at your list of photos in Photos app, select the photos by clicking on checkbox on the photos you want to delete. Click
  Delete icon at the bottom right corner to delete.
• If you open a photo, Tap or press Delete
  key from keyboard.
