Windows 10: Why are my tabs opening off my monitor screen and how do I fix it?

When I open my Microsoft edge browser, it opens to the very left of the screen, and only a tiny bit is showing. I have to click and drag it across for me to be able to even expand the tab. When I click on a tab through my task bar, it doesn’t open it. With my steam app, it opens the the tab completely off the screen. When I try to access it from the task bar, it still won’t open on my screen. I’ve never had a second monitor or device hooked up. I even looked through my display settings and nothing was wrong there either. I would show a picture of this but all it would show is a blank screen be

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
