Windows 10: Why are my videos discoloured, but only when not flipped horizontally right side up?

Recently went to a concert and I was recording all my videos with a new setting on my iPhone 14 i.e. just filming the videos in 4k 60fps when I was uploading the videos onto my hard drive through my HP computer to save them for backups, I noticed that the videos seem to be discoloured pink/blue/purple/green when playing, however only if they are not flipped horizontally and right side up. I decided to check the videos I had already taken in land scape to see if it was the same and sure enough when I flipped these videos vertically, or even horizontal but upside down, they were discoloured

How to I flip my screen both Horizontally and Vertically

I am trying to use one of my screens in a teleprompter. I see that there is an option is display settings to flip by screen horizontally or vertically but not both at the same time. When I search I see the TelePrompter App but that is when you want to display
the script within Telepromoter but I want to display PowerPoint or my team's video streams using Teams.

How can I flip my screen both horizontally and vertically at the same time to use within a teleprompter?

 

GFX noob, help needed: cannot flip image horizontally

Dear GFX geeks, I only know how to use Paint. With help and ideas from @Keith, @cliff and @Julian I finally got my Roman pillar on transparent background in right size and colour. Now I would just need it to be flipped horizontally, the pillar on right instead of left. Size (3508*2481), pillar colour and transparent background should remain as is.
