Windows 10: Why are my windows programs and images like this?

I have been struggling with images like this, invisible programs they don't display however they are open I have to send to sleep mode and click back to windows in order to see the programs. I also have status access violation in every browser so I can't use browsers. Everything is up to date. Windows11, Nvidia graphics drivers, bios updated, chipset, etc. I installed Ubuntu studio and status access violation error is gone, however images still have those lines! Is this a CPU issue? Or it's a monitor issue? It's not my rtx 4060 graph card since I disabled it and ran windows with amd ryzen 7

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Windows 10 default image viewer

• In search,
• Type Default Programs.
• Check whether Windows Photo Viewer is listed in the list.
• Left click on the photo viewer and select the option paint.

It seems like some sort of an OS confusion has happened with your secondary WD Black and I'm sorry to hear about that. *Frown
Maybe re-formatting it would help indeed as the community already mentioned. I'd suggest to take a look at this step-by-step how to partition and format an HDD: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=PYCoid
Keep in mind that this will wipe clean the drive, so you should backup all important data from the drive somewhere else.
I noticed from the screenshots that your HDD appears as Disk 0, this means that it's plugged in the primary SATA port where the SSD (as an OS drive) should be. Actually it is possible that because of this Windows cannot create the image there. Swap the ports of the SSD and the HDD, this might help as well.
