    Hi Pete,

    I have a question, if someone has hacked your outlook account can they get access to your phone?

    I had someone hack my account and it appears they have used the device hub on the phone to access my surface tablet and Skype account. I have changed the outlook passwords.

    Also, I can not get the Windows phone recovery tool to work, I get the message "files missing". I have deleted the recovery tool and tried to reinstall it a few times and continue to get the same message. I would like to wipe the phone clean and start over.

    Any thoughts?
