Windows 10: Why are some countries not represented in the time zone list in windows?

Discus and support Why are some countries not represented in the time zone list in windows? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; The biggest ones I have seen missing are Philippines and Ethiopia.     Why are some countries not represented in the time zone list in windows?


    The biggest ones I have seen missing are Philippines and Ethiopia. South Africa is missing its capital. I didn't keep looking, but I am sure there are more missing. Who decides what cities appear in this list and what not? Why not to include all of the capitals in the list? Why is there no logic in this list? At least have entries for a region so a missing country can choose a region instead of having to choose a different country.

    There is no Indian time zone in the time zone list of windows 11

    So i just updated windows 10 home to windows 11 home and i noticed that the time was wrong so i went adjust date and time and the time zone was set to seoul then i tried changing the time zone to India but there was no India in the list can anyone help me get the Indian time zone.
