Windows 10: Why are some keys on my keyboard not working normally?

I can't press/activate/use "@/2" key on my keyboard normally. But i don't know why i realize something, if i want to use or activate my "@/2" key it must to press the "w" key first. I really don't know why this happens, why the "@/2" key will activate if the "w" key is pressed first, like I have to press "w" then "@/2" key to activate it. Previously I was playing an RPG game on my laptop and suddenly it happened and I think it's not a hardware issue. Please help......my device: Lenovo ideapad 3.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
