Windows 10: Why are some .MOV files showing thumbnails in WIN11 File Explorer while others are not?

I imported pictures and videos from my iphone to WIN11. In File Explorer, one of the .MOV files shows a thumbnail previews, while the rest do not. Other file types like HEIC are showing thumbnails as well. I took a snapshot to show as an example.How do I fix this so that all .MOV files show thumbnails?

Thumbnails for other file types (HEIC, JPG) are showing, but not for .MOV files.

 

MOV Thumbnails don't show

I can\t see any thumbnails for MOV files on my computer, I have Quicktime player installed and I have followed the below instructions posted by a mod in an earlier version of this question from another user. Neither of these things helped. Is there any other
advice on how to make Windows 10 show a thumbnail of these files?

The corrupted user profile does not function normally such as not launching Start menu, Cortana, Search bar, Store and other Windows applications. In such cases creating a new profile and checking for the same will help in identifying if the issue is

Ive never worked with .mov files. What a free program and best program to work with .mov files on a PC?
