    Why are the RDP Sessions failing randomly?


    A user of mine has had persistent connection issues with RDP sessions over a VPN. Here is some info/context for the situation:-User has Windows 10 Pro.-Uses OpenVPN as a VPN method.-Both TCP and UDP are enabled for RDP connection on the traditional RDP port.-They are connected via Wi-Fi to their router; internet speeds seem to be pretty good after several tests.-I've had them connect to other devices on the network and they experience the same issue.-They've been utilizing the same VPN for a long time now, other users also do not experience this issue while using RDP from a VPN.
