Windows 10: Why are the tab and top icons bar of a Google web page and other parts are horrible pale...

Why are the tab and top icons bar of a Google web page and other parts are horrible pale pink colour? including the background of headings (Calendar, Tasks, Contacts) in eM Client, the vertical strip background of the slider bar in a files & folders pane etc.

I have tried to change thems, colours etc but still end up with this horrible pale pink and blue combo. In google or Firefox - see image

I want to stop the two pale bars appearing at the bottom of the IE page after I click Google search

As I told you on Nov 15...

Google put that there, not Microsoft, not Internet Explorer. They're a standard part of the Google page. It looks like you get rid of it by not using Google.

I want to stop the two pale bars appearing at the bottom of the page after I open a new Google page

The top bar has Australia on its left.
The left side of the bottom bar has clickable links for Advertising, Business and About.
The right side of the bottom bar has clickable links for Privacy, Terms, Settings and Use Google.com

 

Bar near Top of page?


Please see attached Image & the Top Bar I am referring to starts with : Apps. Google. CLink human services etc.

I currently have the westnet Link I want to place in their permanently in my Download List a but further to the right of that Bar line.

I think I am using Google Chrome Browser.
