Windows 10: Why are there TWO updates for windows 10 failing due to error code 0x80070643?

There are now TWO windows updates failing to install due to error code 0x80070643!!1. KB503441 has been failing every day since 10 January 2024; and now2. 2023-10 Update for Windows 1 version 22H2 for x64 based systems KB5001716 is failing as well! Although I don not understand why this update should even be trying since the 2024-03 version of KB5001716 successfully installed on 6 March 2024??What on earth is going on????Any help PLEASE!!!
