    I got back to the %1 slider at %2 screen again after I powered it off again bc I closed my laptop for a sec and it turned off I’m sorry

    Please provide a screenshot of that screen (%1 slider at %2) you are seeing so I can work out what is going wrong and provide you with a solution.

    What method did you use to re-install, was that just a Windows reset, or did you use a bootable USB?

    N95 8Gb Slider...

    I had mine for 9 months now...and I have no complain with the slider...Slider problems are much more common with N95-1, that is because N95-2 has a much improved slider mechanish..anyway you can find some videos showing how to fix the loose slider of N95-2.
