Windows 10: Why are windows network diagnostics broken still? FIX THIS PLEASE!

The windows network diagnostics are not freaking working still! Please microsoft fix this! My internet is trash, to where every time i turn on the computer it takes forever to actually say connected, secured. And the windows diagnostic things always fixed that every time it did that. So microsoft stop ignoring us and fix this simple problem! This is probably super easy to fix. I'm tired of waiting, so will a microsoft worker see this and tell the bug fixers to fix this? Please see it. Please microsoft worker.

Network Diagnostics broken after July 2022 updates

After running the recent updates from Microsoft, Network Diagnostics does not work.

Steps:

Opened Network Connections to view all LAN and WAN connections

Right click on the LAN connection

Select Diagnose

"An error occurred while loading the troubleshooter:

An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can't continue."

Windows 7 has a built-in "network diagnostic tool." You don't need to install it.

Perhaps you should explain ...

1. What "MS diagnostic tool" you're referring to, including where you found a reference to that tool
   
2. The details of the network problem you're trying to diagnose
   
3. The complete text of the error message you get when you try to run the "MS diagnostic tool"

 

Network configuration broken (WiFi)

Thanks EdTittel for the suggestion, but this is a harder nut.
Full network reset doesn't resolve. In device manager, I can see all physical network adapters (Realtek for ethernet and Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 for wireless). All enabled and no warnings. But if I click on taskbar system network icon, I don't see any WiFi network in the popup. There's only airplane mode button and link to open network and internet settings. The troubleshooter in network settings doesn't find anything it could repair.

There's although one clue pointing that something is broken
Settings → Network and Internet → Change adapter options → WiFi → Rightclick menu → Diagnostics finds a problem with the driver (not fixed)
The adapter state is all OK, signal present, enabled
