Windows 10: Why are Windows's native Copy and Move utilities so BAD?

Even up to Windows 10, why are the Windows Copy and Move utilities so bad? They spend more time sitting and thinking than anything else. If you try to copy a folder to a similar folder, first it thinks for a while, then it says that you have n number of duplicate files, so you skip them...then it thinks for a while longer...then it takes just as long to complete the copy as if the files were being copied, not just skipped. I just sat and watched this window hang there for ten minutes. It's calculating...and calculating... and calculating. It's even worse when there are no items remaining. Even

As I understand that groove monitor utility is running as a startup process on a windows 10 computer which you have not installed.

I would suggest you to check the file location of groove monitor utility and check where is the file location it has been installed.

Follow the steps to find the file location of the particular process.

  Press Alt + Ctrl + Delete
  
• 
  Open task manager
  
• 
  Click on Process tab
  
• 
  Right click on Groove Monitor Utility and click on file location

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
