Windows 10: Why are you destroying our software on purpose? Kind of dumb with the global economy right now!

I looked deep into this. The claim of incompatibility of updating the OS from such as Windows 10 to Windows 11 is garbage!Its not the ram which you are fine with having 8 -16 GB or more. its not the HDD or SDD space since most computers today come with 500+ and more commonly 1-2TB anyways. Its not the GPU unless you need because of the demands of a specific game to have 4-6 GB and able to run Directx 12_12.It was an arbitrary choice not to update CPUs using TMP Trusted Platform Module 1.1 r 1.2 and instead demanding and only making such available as TMP 2.0 for newer 8th gen + processors fro

What is this kind of software called?

I have a Windows 10 all in one PC with touchscreen. I would like to use this machine as a central point to leave memos or video memos, view calendars, control home automation, check weather, create shopping lists, play media, check email and basic web surfing, etc.

I don't know what this type of software is called, or if any actually exists for a Windows 10 PC.

Anyone know what I should be searching in Google? Any suggestions for this type of software?

if a politician steps up the plate with a hand full of well respected and unbiased and unfunded (both corporate and government) scientists and shows me bullet proof evidence that humans are destroying the ecosystem on a global scale and that they will be the first to change their lifestyles AND they don't want create a massive global bureaucracy around it subjugating the US to shitty international regulation then i will admit that i was wrong about the entire thing.
