    Why are you stealing my money you thieves?


    The problem started when my laptop got back from repair with a new motherboard. You are holding me hostage now, and not letting me use the operating system even though I have a product key for it. You are sending me on endless loops, The phone number tells me to go online, and the online tells me to call the phone number. I feel so deceived and misled by microsoft. Anyone has any advice?

    Stealing my money

    I recently purchased applications worth 21 USD. Now Microsoft are telling me that I have not paid for them. Being kind hearted, I put another card, and was billed 21 USD, and my transaction history still shows rejected payments.
    I dont know what type of systems they have at Microsoft, but please stop stealing my money and refund me and fix your damn systems and allow for manual billing.

    I will honestly throw away my 820 for an s3

    I cannot download Sea of Thieves on PC from microsoft store.

    Hi Christopher,

    Sorry for the delayed response. We identified this issue regards downloading Sea of Thieves from Windows Store App and we still working on it to fix the problem. As a workaround, we suggest following the steps below:

    • Cancel all existing download on the Store app.
    • Start the download of Sea of Thieves once again.
    • As soon as the download starts, immediately restart the computer.
    • After the reboot, do not launch the Store app instead wait for the passive download which you can check in the Action Center. Then it will automatically install by itself and then open the game without any issues.

    For any results, please let us know.
