Windows 10: Why aren't my BitLocker recovery keys showing up?

A little over a day ago I got the bitlocker recovery error on my personal PC. I thought it would be fine because i could easily access my recovery keys on the website listed. When i opened the site i saw the recovery key loading for about 2 seconds before I got an error message saying that the site couldn't be loaded. I waited all of today assuming the site was down and would be up soon. but after the full day passed nothing changed. I hoped maybe there was something else i could do to restore my device without losing anything on it but everything says that it ran into an issue. I have stuff o

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.

My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?
