Windows 10: Why aren’t my earbuds working?

    I tried hooking these earbuds up to my Windows 11 laptop and when I play audio it plays through the speakers on my laptop, is there a way to fix this? These earbuds are Apple brand.

    Tozo T-12 Earbuds

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. Please try each method below to troubleshoot the Bluetooth Tozo T-12 earbuds

    1. Search "Bluetooth"

    Select "Bluetooth and other devices settings"

    from the list select your Bluetooth Tozo T-12 device

    Click Remove device

    Press Yes.

    2. Search Device Manager

    Open Device Manager

    Click on "View"

    Check "Show hidden devices"

    Expand Bluetooth

    Then right-click on your Bluetooth earbuds

    Then uninstall All the drivers related to your Tozo T-12 earbuds

    Restart your computer.

    Then try to pair again your Bluetooth device.

    3. Search Control Panel

    Open Control Panel

    Click View by: Large Icons

    Select Devices and printers

    from the list of devices

    right-click on your Bluetooth speaker

    then select properties

    click service tab.

    then put a check on all the features under the Bluetooth services.

    click apply then ok.

  3. Icons from apps aren´t displayed correctly

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query at Microsoft community.

    Do the apps work fine apart form the icons not displaying correctly? If so I would suggest you to run an SFC scan and check if it helps. If the issue persists you may run DISM command and check.

    Follow this steps:


      • Press Windows+X.

      • Click on Command Prompt (Admin).

      • Type the command SFC /SCANNOW and
        DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit
        Enter.
