    Why can I install Firefox if I don't provide admin credentials when prompted?


    I am log in an admin account and I had set ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin to 1 Prompt for credentials on the secure desktop in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System. However, when i execute "Firefox Installer.exe" and the credentials prompt appears and i click No without even typing the admin password, Firefox starts installing anyway. Why does this happen? How can I avoid this without creating a standard account?
