Windows 10: Why can i not activate my account after my factory reset?

It asks me to activate my account and says "It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and try again later. Error code: 0x0EA000A"My PC is Windows 11 pro

See the windows is activated. And this is the screen which asks the product key. I can only skip this step if I boot from the dvd and select the clean install option.

"slmg /ato" returns Activating Windows core single language edition (a string of numbers and alphabets)
Product activated successfully.

Do you have a digital license or a product key? Are you using Windows 10 Home or Pro?

It will automatically activate if you have a digital license and login using the Microsoft account that you use to buy the license.

If you're not activated right now I suggest for you to try the steps from this article to activate the computer before doing a factory reset. Thank you!
