Windows 10: Why can i not download even the most basic graphics programs.

Why can I not use adobe illustrator properly i cant even download assets or templets from illustrator, or adobe after affects. So far i have only been able to download and run photoshop and lightroom. i cant even run blender. I was told this computer had the latest hardware and software and i cant even create the most basic 3d graphics. I can do more on my phone then on this laptop. Its a DELL ispiron 14 3420 with windows 11 and the 64 bit arm graphics am i doing something wrong or did i buy a giant calculator?

Here it comes. 3DMark06 Basic Edition(Build 1.0.2) with limited functionality is now available for download at Futuremark.

Minimum System Recommendations:

Custom Driver : Intel HD Graphics & ATI Combo (Alpha) - by nIGHTmAYOR

according to laptop support page they do list an old downloadable driver for intel for windows 7 , weather this is related to there being several variants of that laptop or this laptop has switchable graphics i may just suggest you reset the bios and see if things change , if yes you may be able to apply step 2 , if not then apply step 4 and call it today , you are still better off being on the high performance gpu .

Out of curiosity can you take a snap shot from Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” ?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
