Windows 10: Why can I not download Microsoft Store or associated apps on my pc?

Bought a new pc during November 2023. Microsoft Store was installed and I was able to download photos and WhatsApp. December updates was installed and MS Store disappeared and I could not get a download site for it as all the programs associated with the store is also gone and I am not able to download them again. I am running Windows Pro - OS Build 19045.3930, My device is up to date and meet all system requirements to run these programs. I have worked through all the steps suggested on many support sites, nothing worked. I have eventually reset my computer, it did not work either. There are

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
