Windows 10: Why can i not make or login to my GroupMe account on my Samsung phone?

I am new to GroupMe, so i am trying to create an account, but every time i enter my information, it says "Unexpected error, please try again." Yes, i agreed to terms and services, and yes i have everything filled in correctly, but it wont let me login to my account i had to make on my laptop on my phone. i need to fix this problem ASAP. please tell me what to do to fix this

There is a GroupMe account with my daughter's phone number but someone else's email. She cannot receive the reset emails so how can she create her own account?

Here are the steps you can take to resolve this issue:

• Go to the Forgot Password page on GroupMe.
  
• Enter your daughter’s phone number.
  
• Select ‘Reset password’, then follow the instructions.
  

If your daughter still can’t access her account after these steps, I recommend contacting GroupMe Support. They should be able to help you recover the account.

Remember, it’s important to keep your personal information secure. In the future, consider enabling two-step verification for added security. This will require re-verification of the phone number each time two-step verification is turned off or on again.

GroupMe app login

Hello, I am trying to log in to GroupMe. I did not use the Apple sign in or Facebook when I made it. There is not place to put in my email or password. How can I login using my email and password, thanks!

To verify your number if you didn't receive a PIN:

1. Keep the GroupMe app on the PIN screen. If you go through the registration process again, it will generate a new PIN, which could make things confusing.
