Windows 10: Why can I not play digital content on my other devices?

I bought destiny 2 and all dlc for it through the Microsoft store. I can play it on my device but when my friend signs into my account on both the xbox app and the microsoft store he can install all the content but when he signs back onto his account and loads into the game it says he doesn't have the dlcs. This worked yesterday but now I changed my password and all of a sudden he couldn't do it anymore

Thanks for replying with these suggestions. I'm out of town till next week so will try them then and post what happens.

I have already checked Device Manager, and the speakers are listed as Digital Media devices and are not in the Audio inputs and outputs, nor the Sound, Video, Game Controller groupings.

 

Digital copy of movie

Hello,

I have legitimate digital copies of various movies (Dispicable Me, Tangled, XMen Origins, etc) that you are supposed to be able to play on mobile devices. Zune won't play it nor allow them to be played on my WP7. It gives the following error code: C00D11E7

The online content is not helpful.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

 

Control Panel... Devices and Printers content

Thank you for the reply and update.

As there is a delay in opening the Devices and Printers content from the Control Panel, suggest you to follow this alternative method of opening the same screen to check if that helps.

• 
  Press “Windows key + I” to get the Settings screen.
  
• 
  Click on “Devices” and click on “Devices and printers”.
  

If there are external devices connected then pc takes some time to communicate with those devices and then the screen opens up.
