Windows 10: why can i not play with my friends

i try to change the info but i dont know how, and if i try to click Get help fixing this it dosnt work it dosnt display the page and im using switch

How can I save my computer?

• Forcibly shut it down.

my friend gave me a asrock motherboard what should i do?

i wish there was more parts but that's it i was putting together a wish list on newegg so far ill have to save up 500 bucks for os and rest of parts.
