    HelloThere was a problem!The Reply-to address set on your account is unverified. Please update this in settings.This message exists when i try to reply or compose.So, cannot reply or compose.using google chrome on yahoo.So, please resolve this terrible issue .Thanks

    Cannot compose, reply, forward yahoo email with Edge

    Does anybody have a solution for this problem, or is Microsoft Edge not able to function with Yahoo e-mail?

    After about a year using Windows 10 and IE11 for yahoo email, about 6 months ago I switched to EDGE and everything worked fine on all computers in the network. Then, suddenly, last month I could not compose, reply, forward messages. The message box disappeared,
    leaving only the SEND button near the top of the message box. When I open the yahoo email in Internet Explorer, everything works. Is EDGE no longer good for yahoo email?

    It seems wrong for Microsoft to tell people to switch to Edge from Internet Explorer 11, and then to advise to go back to IE.

    Hi Kieth,

    Regarding the issue that you had with making email replies on your Yahoo, have you tried performing a uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

    We suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Uninstall the Yahoo Mail app.
    • Perform a soft reset by Pressing the Power and Volume down button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
    • Once the phone vibrates, release your hold and wait for the phone to finish rebooting.
    • Reinstall Yahoo Mail from the store.

    Let us know if the issue persists after following the steps above.
