Windows 10: Why cannot I update to Windows 11 2024 Update Version 24H2?

I recently received a notification for the Windows 11 2024 Update Version 24H2. After downloading and installing the update, my system encountered an error during the restart process, resulting in a rollback.Since the rollback, I am unable to find the update in the Windows Update section. Sudo functionality in Windows 11 stable (version 24H2)

Since the release of Windows 11 version 24H2 (26100.368) on June 15, 2024, and Copilot+ PC on June 18, 2024, I'm wondering if there's built-in sudo functionality available on Windows 11 Stable.

Previously, sudo access was achievable through third-party applications. With the new update, is there a native way to elevate privileges for administrative tasks without resorting to third-party software?

Any information or clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
