Windows 10: Why can't a person look at my account requests?

So it's been a couple months at this point. My PC got hacked, and along with it, almost all of my accounts I was logged into, with the main one being my Microsoft account. I made this account over 10 years ago, and was in like 5th or 6th grade when I made it. I have no recollection of what the answer of my security question is, I remember that I faked the age so I wouldn't be restricted on the content I could see, and I've put thousands of dollars and hours into this account. I keep doing the account recovery requests, and at the end it always says, "We will look at it and get back to you with
