    Why can't enthusiasts have DaRT?


    I know that DaRT comes with MDOP which is only available through Software Assurance volume licensing agreements for those organizations who can afford them. I made DaRT USB's for my previous employer via Volume Licensing before I retired. This is such a cool tool that could be used by those of us fixing our nephew's computer because, "Hey, Jimmy: Your Uncle Toby retired from IT. He can fix that computer for you!"Why doesn't MS offer DaRT for free with a Windows license?
