Windows 10: Why can’t I access another school account to my computer?

I have already had one school account in my computer; I want to add another one but I couldn’t. It kept saying error. Can you help me please?

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Your Info, is the School Account Email listed there?

Select Emails and Accounts, is the School Account Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is the School Account Email listed there?

 

I accidentally disabled my school account on my new computer

Hello,

While I was trying to disconnect my school account from my old computer, I accidentally disconnected it from the new one. I did this via My Account. Now I can't access my school emails and Office apps on my computer. I can't reactivate from the same link. It says I need to contact my device manager. Can you tell me the steps I need to do?

Select Access Work or School, is the school Email listed there?

If it is, select it and you can disconnect the school account from there.
