Windows 10: Why can't I access my Printer and saying I do not have permission to access the PRINTER?

HELP WITH UNABLE TO OPEN AND USE MY PRINTER? WHO MAKES THESE CHANGES?

Permission to access Printer Properties

Just updated to Windows 10_v1703

Now I do not have permission to access any properties of any of my 4 printers.

Not even allowed run the printer troubleshooter.

Logged in as administrator.

Printer advice

hp printers have the most expensive ink of all printers, the most economical is cannon and epson so i suggest if you looking to keep costs down look at those brands.

that being said it may not have the best print quality if it uses less costly ink.

if keeping cost down is the most important then shop in reverse, find a brand that has cheap replacement ink cartridges then see what printers they are used on. then from that list look to see if you like any of those printers and if they are affordable to you, if not then select another ink cartridge and look at the printers that those are used on. this method will give you the most affordable printer and the cheapest cost of replacement ink.

I'm Charles, an Independent advisor trying to help.

Follow these steps so you can access your printer in Windows 10, however, if you want to print, from that same place you can print it by pressing >> Ctrl + P >> If you see an option that says "Save as" click to the right of that option to select the printer
and print it.

1.- Press Windows key + I >> Settings >> Devices >> Printers & scanners >> Select your printer >> Manage
