Windows 10: Why can't I access my product key for Windows 10 on order history? I see the purchase, but...

I purchased Windows 10 on my account in 2016. I am not trying to activate my Windows 10 account, and it is not working. I see the product in my order history, however, when I click on it, the page states "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found." How am I supposed to put in my product key if the place I ordered it from does not give me access to it, which is microsoft?! It is impossible to reach a person to talk to for customer support.

Product Key in Microsoft Order History

I purchased Windows 10 Home from Microsoft awhile back and I used to be able to access the product key from order history. However, when I log into my order history all it tells me is how I payed for it. Should I be looking in a different place now? I need the product key for a fresh Windows 11 install.

Order History missing the Product key/Install option

I ordered 2 copies of the Windows 10 Home (download) edition from Microsoft's website and I understand Microsoft does not have any record of the product keys, nor do they offer refunds on that type of order.

The instructions given by Microsoft to retrieve those keys is:

1. Go to Order History, find Windows 10, and then select Product key/Install.
   
2. Select Copy to copy the key, and then select Install.
   
3. Select Download tool now, and follow the instructions.
   
4. A wizard will help you through the steps to install. You can install Windows 10 on a PC or a Mac.
   

The problem is that the order in question does not have a Product key/Install option. Is this a bug with Microsoft's website?

 

Windows 11 PRO purchased but no product key/install in Order History

I have purchased a downloadable version of Windows 11 PRO but there is no Product Key and Install link in the Order History as described in the procedure.
