    Microsoft,I went to this page to download the onboarding toolkit so I can start preparing my users for Windows 11 and all of the PowerPoints within the zip are locked because I don't have permission to view them.     Creative Labs Onboard Audio Issues Windows 10 Version 2004

    OK, I think I nailed it. Here are steps, but I think it was the last step that finally resolved it.

    1. Disable onboard audio in the BIOS
    2. Uninstall all audio drivers from Device manager
    3. Re-enable onboard audio in the BIOS

    4. Install EVGA x299 Dark Creative Drivers using Windows Vista Service Pack 2 compatibility mode (the installer, not the driver as #4 suggested).

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Why can't I access the Windows 11 Onboarding Kit?

    I did not suggest doing a Reset, which is an inferior install that uses the same corrupted onboard files causing this problem to reinstall WIndows. That's why if all other steps failed I suggested doing the Repair Install which uses the latest WIndows media to reinstall Windows while keeping your files, apps and most settings in place.

    Please go back to the top of the list and work through the steps as it may not be necessary to even do a reinstall. I gave you the steps which work most in order of effectiveness, based on helping in thousands of cases for Store repairs.

    Keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until the case is resolved.
