Windows 10: why cant I buy an aircraft in the Microsoft Flight Smulator 2020 store?

I have mMSFS2020 and Windows 11 NVIDIA RTX2020 SUPER 32GBRAM Buying an aircraft in the store fails My payment details are up to date. The program crashes There is no other way to buy tt Carenado Piper Archer 11 I also have persistent problems getting the game to work and crashes on startup are very common. I have run through more than 10 checks posted on the internet and it still does not work. I start from Xbox or Microsft Store or straight from my desktop. It makes no difference. Windows is up to date. All drivers are up to date

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

To my MSFS 2020 Flight Simmers...

I want to thank MS Community Forums with suggestions to fix the issue; and, I did update my peripheral device drivers, but that did not fix it.

I have discovered why my flight stick and keyboard did not work and these peripherals did not provide any input to control the aircraft.

As you are all aware, there is a drop-down menu that will allow you to view or change setting on-the-fly. One of these is AI Control. One of the settings allows you to turn ON "AI Control Aircraft." I must have turned this on accidentally. When this
is ON, you cannot control the aircraft and the co-pilot controls the aircraft. I hope this helps anyone that has the same problem that I had.

Microsoft Flight Sim 2020

I am in need of help. I have paid and downloaded through the Microsoft store the premier version of flight sim 2020. I was flying an aircraft and tried to follow a keyboard combination to predefine a camera view. I must have selected the wrong key combination
as all of a sudden the plane goes into some time of auto control for throttle and flying control. In otherword whenever i launch the program no matter what plane the plane starts accelerating down the run way and goes into the air. It won't accept any joystick
input (Saitek X-56). So i defaulted the settings for the sticks but no good. I unplugged the sticks and restarted flight using keyboard controls. Nothing. I uninstalled Flight through the start menu and reinstalled it. No luck.

I need help either to completely uninstall flight sim 2020 or find out what I did on accident that has screwed up this program. I believe the keys I hit were contrl/alt/x/1. I'm not positive but I think I did.

Could someone give me options on what to do? I need someone that knows windows well I i don't want to reinstall windows from scratch. Is there a way to completely uninstall flight sim 2020 completely and then try re-installing. I'm guessing the UNinstall
from the start menu doesn't completely remove all flight sim files.

Flight Sim 2020 lost a plane.

When I re-installed flight sim 2020 a P-51 Mustang aircraft that I purchased "disappeared from my hangar". How do I get it back?
