Windows 10: Why can't I cast/mirror to my TV anymore?

My Windows 11 pro PC was mirroring/casting just fine until a recent MS update. I couldn't connect to my Roku TV or both of my Firesticks.I figured it was an issue with my computer the update as my computer is still relatively new, not even a year old. I uninstalled the latest update and I thought it was working fine again but it wasn't it. I visited my sister over the holidays. She has two LG smart TVs and my computer connected fine to both of her TVs, I don't know what to do. I've Googled, Binged, and wrapped my mind around how to figure out how to figure this issue out. Does anyone have a

Try the steps listed below to cast Desktop screen:

• Make sure the Chromecast is connected to the TV and both the devices are On.
  
• Expand the Google Cast extension icon and select
  ‘Cast screen/window (experimental)’ option.
  
• When prompted to cast entire screen,
  Accept and click on ‘Share’.
  
• Open ‘Photos App’ to mirror photos on the PC.
  

You may search for an app that can cast your media to any
Google Cast device on your favorite search engine, and install it from the Store.

• Click on Connect.
• PC will search and show which devices are available to mirror/cast.
• Click on the device which you would like to mirror/cast.
